The Faculty of Graduate Studies awarded the researcher Essam Earout  a Master’s Degree in Planning and Political Development in response to his thesis entitled “ Palestinian Diplomacy in Palestinian Israeli Negotiations and its Impact on Achieving an Independent Palestinian State ”.

The Defense Committee was formed of : Dr. Raed Nearat as a Main Supervisor and Chairman, Dr. Ayman Yousef as an External Examiner and Dr. Nayef Abu Khalaf as an Internal Examiner.

At the end of the session, the committee approved the success of the researcher and recommended him a Master’s degree.
