The Faculty of Graduate Studies awarded the researcher Sa'dah Ajweah a Master’s Degree in Private Law in response to her thesis entitled “ The Mechanism of Transfer of Ownership of Unregistered Lands in Palestine/A Comparative Study ”.

The Defense Committee was formed of: Dr. Akram Daoud as a Main Supervisor and Chairman, Dr. Mohammed Khalaf as an External Examiner and Dr. Amjad Hassan as an Internal Examiner.

At the end of the session, the committee approved the success of the researcher and recommended her a Master’s degree.
