The Faculty of Graduate Studies awarded the researcher Ahmad Namourah a Master’s Degree in Engineering Management in response to his thesis entitled “E-Municipality Requirements in the West Bank (Palestine)- Qalqilia Municipality as a Case Study ”.

The Defense Committee was formed of: Dr. Ali Abdel-Hameed as a Main Supervisor and Chairman, Dr. Samer Raddad as an External Examiner and Dr. Khetam Shreim as an Internal Examiner.

At the end of the session, the committee approved the success of the researcher and recommended him a Master’s degree.
