The Faculty of Graduate Studies awarded the researcher Nazek Hanani a Master’s Degree in Fiqh and Tashre’ in response to her thesis entitled “Rules of Divorce Beforre the Consummation of Marriage”.

The Defense Committee was formed of: Dr. Jamal Hashash as a Main Supervisor and Chairman, Dr. Mohammed Assaf as an External Examiner and Dr. Naser Deen AlShaer as an Internal Examiner.

At the end of the session, the committee approved the success of the researcher and recommended her a Master’s degree.
