The Faculty of Graduate Studies awarded the researcher Fares Rajeh a Master’s Degree in Engineering Management in response to his thesis entitled “Impact of Software Project Management Methodology on Customer Satisfaction in West Bank”.

The Committee consisted of: Dr. Baker AbdelHaq as a Main Supervisor and Chairman, Dr. Suheir Shoumari as an External Examiner and Dr. Muath Asmar as an Internal Examiner.

At the end of the session, the committee approved the success of the researcher and recommended him a Master’s degree.
