The Faculty of Graduate Studies awarded the researcher AbdelKarim Tawafsheh a Master’s Degree in Fiqh and Tashri’  in response to his thesis entitled “A Study Concerning Islamic Law Courts’ Conditions and the Development of Implemented Laws in Palestine”.

The Committee consisted of: Dr. Jamal Kilani as a Main Supervisor and Chairman, Dr. Khaled Qarqour as an External Examiner and Dr. Marwan Qadoumi as an Internal Examiner.

At the end of the session, the committee approved the success of the researcher and recommended him a Master’s degree.
