The Faculty of Graduate Studies awarded the researcher Manar Hasanein a Master’s Degree in Educational Administration in response to her thesis entitled “The Degree of Empowerment and Organizational Administrative Climate and their Relationship with the Principles of Basic Public Schools and their Directorates in the West Bank from the Views of School Principles”.

The committee consisted of: Dr. Hasan Tayyem as a main supervisor and chairman, Dr. Ali Shak’ah as a second supervisor, Dr. Afaf Tayeh as an external examiner and Dr. Fayez Mahamid as an internal examiner.

At the end of the session, the committee approved the success of the researcher and recommended her a Master’s degree.
