The Faculty of Graduate Studies awarded the researcher Ahmad Shayeb a Master’s Degree in Applied Linguistics and Translation in response to his thesis entitled “Strategies Used in Translating into English Semiotic Signs in Umrah and Hajj Guidelines”.

The Committee consisted of: Dr. Samir Issa as a Main Supervisor and Chairman, Dr. Rouqayah Herzallah as a second supervisor, Dr. Ahmad Ayyad as an External Examiner and Dr. Nabil Alawi as an Internal Examiner.

At the end of the session, the committee approved the success of the researcher and recommended him a Master’s degree.
