The Faculty of Graduate Studies awarded the researcher Manal Halabi a Master’s Degree in Educational Administration in response to her thesis entitled “The Degree to Which Public Secondary Schools Headmasters in the North Governorates of the West Bank Practice Servant Leadership and it’s Relation with Teachers’ Professional Development from the Schools Headmasters and Teachers’ Perspective”.

The committee consisted of: Dr. Ashraf Sayegh as a main supervisor and chairman, Dr. Fakhri Dweikat as an external examiner, Prof. Ghassan Al-Helo as an internal examiner and Dr. Fayez Mahamid as an internal examiner.

At the end of the session, the committee approved the success of the researcher and recommended her a Master’s degree.
