The Faculty of Graduate Studies awarded the researcher Samar Eid a Master’s Degree in Fiqh & Tashree’ in response to her thesis entitled “The Financial Rights of a Woman whose Muslim Husband has Passed Away According to the Islamic Fiqh and the Civil Law”.

The committee consisted of: Dr. Hasan Khader as a main supervisor and chairman, Dr. Mohammed Assaf as an external examiner and Dr. Naser Aldein Alshaer as an internal examiner.

At the end of the session, the committee approved the success of the researcher and recommended her a Master’s degree.
