The Faculty of Graduate Studies awarded the researcher Mahmoud Khateeb a Master’s Degree in Usoul Al-Din in response to his thesis entitled “Repentance in Holy Quran :An Objective Study”.
Repentance is one of the highly important topics, which the Holy Koran addresses. This importance is attributed to the people’s constant and urgent need to learn more about their religion and keep closer and closer to Allah (the glorified and exalted). That is, since the people’s sins and mistakes are innumerable and the nature of the human’s self is usually sinful, the need to switch from the road of aberrance and corruption to the road of faith and belief is undoubtedly urgent. Therefore, this study comes to address the issue of repentance in the Holy Koran.
