The Faculty of Graduate Studies awarded the researcher Alla’ Shqair a Master’s Degree in  Educational Administration in response to his thesis entitled “The Degree of Participatory Leadership practice from the administrators of Public Schools and its relation on Job Satisfaction in the Northern Province of West Bank from the Views of their Teachers". The Defense Committee was formed of: Dr. Abed Assaf as a Main Supervisor and Chairman, Prof. Ghassan Hello as a Second Supervisor, Mohammed Abdeen as an External Examiner and Dr. AbdelKarim Ayoub as an Internal Examiner. At the end of the session, the committee approved the success of the researcher and recommended him a Master’s degree.
