The Faculty of Graduate Studies awarded the researcher Dema E’llayan a Master’s Degree in Educational Administration in response to her thesis entitled “Organizational Culture of Public Schools’ Principals and its Relation with Administrative Practices: Teachers of West Bank Middle Governorate Perspective".

The Defence Committee was formed of: Dr. Abed Assaf as a Main Supervisor and Chairman, Prof. Mohammed Abdeen as an External Examiner, Dr. Hasan Tayem as an Internal Examiner and  Dr. AbdelKarim Ayoub as an Internal Examiner.

At the end of the session, the committee approved the success of the researcher and recommended her a Master’s degree.
