The Faculty of Graduate Studies awarded the researcher Deema Rabay’a a Master’s Degree in Engineering Management in response to her thesis entitled “Status and Challenges of Total Quality Management Application in Palestinian Chemical Industries”.

The Committee consisted of: Prof. Amer Hamouz as a Main Supervisor and Chairman, Dr. Samir Baydoun as an External Examiner and Dr. Husam Arman as an Internal Examiner.

At the end of the session, the committee approved the success of the researcher and recommended her a Master’s degree.
