The Faculty of Graduate Studies awarded the researcher Abdel-Samad Awwad a Master’s Degree in response to his thesis entitled “The Relationship between Hardiness in Training and Leadership Competencies amongst Coaches of the Team Sports in the West Bank”.

The Committee consisted of: Prof. Abdel-Naser Qadoumi as a Main Supervisor and Chairman, Dr. Mahmoud Atrash as a Second Supervisor, Dr. Bahjat Abu Tame’ as an External Examiner and Dr. Jamal Shaker as an Internal Examiner.

At the end of the session, the committee approved the success of the researcher and recommended him a Master’s degree.
