The Faculty of Graduate Studies awarded the researcher Salwa Satel a Master’s Degree in Educational Administration in response to her thesis entitled “Reality of Using Educational Technologies and their Effects on Creation among High Secondary School Students in Palestine inside the Green Line According to the Teachers Point of Views”.
This study aims at identifying the reality of using educational technologies and their effects on creativity among high secondary school students in Palestine-Inside the Green Line according to the teachers’ point of views. Also, it aims at identifying the effects of some study variables like (gender, position qualification, years of experience, specialization and region) in the reality of using educational technologies and their effects on creativity among high secondary school students in Palestine-Inside the Green Line according to the teachers’ point of views.
    For achieving the study purpose, the researcher developed a questionnaire as a study tool to collect the necessary information, and the questionnaire has been measured for reliability and credibility. Then the questionnaire distributed among (353) individuals who have been chosen in a random stratified way, of the study population, which consists of (4005) teachers of the Arabs governmental secondary schools in Palestine Inside.
The study results showed the following results: 
•    There is a relationship between the using educational technologies and creativity among high secondary school students in Palestine-Inside the Green Line according to the teachers’ point of views  At the significance level (0.05 = α). The coefficient of correlation between the use of educational techniques and creativity was (0.274).
•    There is a statistically significant relationship between the degree of using of educational techniques, the level of creativity and the value of correlation coefficient (elasticity (0.200), sensitivity to problems (0.334), originality (0.258), and fluency (0.210). Also there is a statistically significant relationship between the level of creativity and the level of using educational techniques electronic techniques (0.308), techniques related to educational methods (0.413), obstacles of using educational techniques (-0.207).
•    Domains of techniques for teaching aids and the obstacles of using educational techniques, were able to predict the students' creativity, and explain 19.4% of the variation in student creativity. But the domain of electronic technology could not predict creativity.
•    The degree of the using educational techniques among high secondary school teachers in Palestine Inside from the teachers' point of view, was weak, where the mean (2.86) and the standard deviation (0.58) on the total score of the fields.
•    The degree of creativity among high secondary school teachers in Palestine Inside from the teachers' point of view, was weak, where the mean (2.964) and the standard deviation (0.62) on the total score of the fields.
•    There are no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05 = α) in the degree of using educational techniques in secondary government schools at  Palestine Inside due to the variables of (gender, qualification, specialization, years of experience, and region).
•    There are no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05 = α) in the degree of creativity in secondary government schools at Palestine Inside due to the variables of (gender, qualification, specialization and years of experience).
•    There are a statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05 = α) in the degree of creativity in secondary government schools at Palestine Inside due to the variable of (region).
According to the study results, several recommendations have been suggested:
•    The Ministry of Education should deepen the concept of educational techniques and encourage using of them among secondary governmental school teachers. Through the implementation of training programs, courses and seminars.
•    The Ministry of Education should cooperates with school principals in order to overcome obstacles to the use of educational technologies in the educational process by providing adequate resources.
•    Provide appropriate incentives for teachers who use educational techniques in the educational process.
•    Equal access to resources between the different areas in Palestine inside, to help reduce the gap between students' creativity.
•    The use of educational techniques in methods that contributes to increasing creativity among high school students.
•    Conduct further research which aims to determine the degree of creativity among students in government high schools through the tests of creativity.
The committee consisted of: Dr. Ashraf Sayegh as a main supervisor and Chairman, Dr. Fakher Khalili as a second supervisor, Prof. Mazouz AlAwneh as an external examiner and Dr. Hasan Tayem as an internal examiner.
At the end of the session, the committee approved the success of the researcher and recommended her a Master’s degree.
