The Faculty of Graduate Studies awarded the researcher Ahmad Bsharat a Master’s Degree in Taxation Disputes in response to his thesis entitled “Islamic Sukuk as a Financing Instrument in Palestine “Legal Adjustment””.

The Committee consisted of: Dr. Ali Sartawi as a Main Supervisor and Chairman, Dr. Ahmad Al-Dabak as an External Examiner and Dr. Islam Abdel-Jawad as an internal examiner.

At the end of the session, the committee approved the success of the researcher and recommended him a Master’s degree.
