The Faculty of Graduate Studies awarded the researcher Alla Mahmoud a Master’s Degree in Women’s Studies in response to her thesis entitled “The Gender’s Psychological Satisfaction and its Relationship to the Professional Compatibility of the Workers in the Governmental Institutions in the West Bank’s Northern Provinces”.

The committee consisted of: Prof. Abed Assaf as a main supervisor and chairman, Prof. Zeyad Brakat as an external examiner and Dr. Feisal Zanoun as an internal examiner.

At the end of the session, the committee approved the success of the researcher and recommended her a Master’s degree.
