The Faculty of Graduate Studies awarded the researcher Abdel Rahman Abu Salha a Master’s Degree in Private Law in response to his thesis entitled “The Legal Extension in Leases: A Comparative Study in the Islamic Jurisprudence and Landlords and Tenants Ordinance of Jordan”.

The committee consisted of: Dr. Ali Sartawi as a main supervisor and chairman, Dr. Mohammed Khalaf as an external examiner and Dr. Ashraf Melhem as an internal examiner.

At the end of the session, the committee approved the success of the researcher and recommended him a Master’s degree.
