The Faculty of Graduate Studies awarded the researcher Ru’yah Kan’an a Master’s Degree in Educational Administration in response to her thesis entitled “Degree of Transformational Leadership Attributes Among Public Secondary School Principals in Palestine and it’s Relationship with Teachers’s Professional from the Viewpoint ot Teachers in the Directorates of Northern Palestine”.

The Committee consisted of: Prof. Abed Assaf as a Main Supervisor and Chairman, Dr. Ahmad Fteiha as an External Examiner, Dr. Ali Shak’ah as an Internal Examiner and Dr. Abdel-Karim Ayoub as an Internal Examiner.

At the end of the session, the committee approved the success of the researcher and recommended her a Master’s degree.
