The Faculty of Graduate Studies awarded the researcher Orayeb Slman a Master’s Degree in Educational Administration in response to her thesis entitled “The Degree of Change Management and the Culture of Excellence and the Relationship between them among School Principals in Public Secondary Schools in North of West Bank from their Point of View”.

The committee consisted of: Porf. Abed Assaf as a main supervisor and chairman, Dr. Jamal Marshoud as an external examiner and Dr. Hasan Tayem as an internal examiner.

At the end of the session, the committee approved the success of the researcher and recommended her a Master’s degree.
