The Faculty of Graduate Studies awarded the researcher Roz Abu Jaish a Master’s Degree in Educational Administration in response to her thesis entitled “The Degree of Academic Freedom and Professional Development and the Relationship between them Among the Teachers in UNRWA Schools in the West Bank from the Perspectives of Principals and Teachers”.

The committee consisted of: Porf. Ghassan Helo as a main supervisor and chairman, Dr. Ahmad Feteiha as an external examiner, Dr. Ali Brakat as an internal examiner and Dr. Hasan Tayem as an internal examiner.

At the end of the session, the committee approved the success of the researcher and recommended her a Master’s degree.
