The Faculty of Graduate Studies awarded the researcher Yasmeen Sha’ar a Master’s Degree in Public Law in response to her thesis entitled “The Criminal Protection of Innocence Presumption”.

The committee consisted of: Dr. Nael Taha as a main supervisor and chairman, Dr. Jehad Keswani as an external examiner and Dr. Anwar Janem as an internal examiner.

At the end of the session, the committee approved the success of the researcher and recommended her a Master’s degree.
